Philippine National Police officers arrested Ismael Pangadas and Mawing Pangadas, both members of Kabataan Party-list Southern Mindanao Region (KPL-SMR), while waiting for a jeepney ride. According to the party-list group, the victims face trumped-up charges of child trafficking and other baseless allegations.
